Bric Housing

Bric Housing is a prominent community housing provider in South East Queensland dedicated to delivering safe and affordable housing solutions for people experiencing housing stress, including those on low incomes, vulnerable individuals, and families. Managing over 900 tenancies across more than 200 properties, Bric Housing offers a diverse portfolio that includes transitional and long-term housing options, with properties leased from the Queensland Government, private landlords, and some owned directly by the organisation.

Bric Housing’s mission is to provide good quality social and affordable homes to those in need, alongside delivering supportive tenancy management and fostering community connections and opportunities.
