The organisation is committed to creating a safe, empowering environment for healing and recovery, offering flexible and creative approaches tailored to each person’s needs. It also provides consultancy, training, and supervision to professionals and the wider community for a fee, enhancing trauma-informed care across sectors.

Trauma Counselling for Survivors and Supporters

This flagship project offers free, confidential counselling to survivors of complex early childhood trauma and sexual assault, alongside support for their carers and families. Delivered primarily through face-to-face sessions, the service focuses on fostering a safe therapeutic environment where clients can rebuild their sense of safety and empowerment using evidence-based methods such as Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
