Healthy Living Program: Empowering Youth Through Role Models

The Healthy Living Program is Red Dust Role Models Limited’s flagship initiative, delivering high-impact, school-based health and wellbeing sessions co-designed with local communities. This program uses sport, art, music, and dance as engaging channels to teach nutrition, physical activity, resilience, and cultural strength. Facilitated by Indigenous and non-Indigenous role models, the activities are interactive, inclusive, and tailored to community needs, helping young people build skills, confidence, and a sense of belonging.
