• Facilitate employment opportunities and career development through dedicated support officers and partnerships with over 200 Australian businesses.
• Offer educational and personal development programs to enhance skills and qualifications.
• Promote social connection and community participation through free social, sporting, and community activities.
• Advocate for Defence families by contributing to policy decision-making and raising public awareness of veteran issues.

Benefiting Groups

Soldier On supports current and former members of the Royal Australian Navy, Army, and Air Force, including reservists who have served since 1990. The organisation also extends its services to the immediate family members of Defence personnel, recognising the sacrifices made by spouses, partners, children, parents, grandparents, siblings, and carers.
