Is there a fee for collecting large donations?
Yes, starting from 16 June 2025, there is a $50 fee for the pickup of large goods. Pickup is only available within their service areas after confirming that the item is needed and upon receipt of the payment.
When can I drop off donations at the warehouse?
Donations can be dropped off during their business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8am – 4pm, and Saturday from 10am – 12pm. Please note that you must be capable of unloading and delivering the items into their warehouse as volunteers cannot assist.
