1Can I modify the information of a charity?
No, Helptia does not allow direct modifications to charity information. If you notice any information that needs updating, you can email us at hello@helptia.com
with the changes, and we will verify the details before making the update.
2How can a charity be removed from Helptia?
Requests to remove a charity from the platform must come from an authorised representative of the organisation. Please email us at hello@helptia.com
with the charity’s name and the reason for the request. We will review the request and, if appropriate, update or remove the listing.
3Why can’t I contact the charities directly?
Helptia only displays information about charities. We do not have direct contact with them.
4How can I suggest a new charity to appear on Helptia?
If you know a charity that is not yet on the platform and want to suggest it, send us an email at hello@helptia.com
with the basic information of the organization. We will review whether it meets our criteria and add it if appropriate.
5I can’t find the charity I’m looking for. What should I do?
If a specific charity is not listed on Helptia, contact us with its name and basic information. We can check if it is already registered or suggest similar alternatives that meet your criteria.
