Ashmore Men’s Shed Inc (AMS) is a community-based organisation dedicated to improving the health and well-being of members, with a particular focus on men’s mental health. Located in Ashmore, Queensland, AMS provides a welcoming and friendly environment that fosters social inclusion and helps reduce social withdrawal. Established in 2017 as a fully incorporated, not-for-profit organisation, AMS has become an active member of the Australian Men’s Shed Association, supporting over 50,000 Australian men through similar community initiatives nationwide.

Ashmore Men’s Shed offers members the opportunity to engage in meaningful projects at their own pace, including woodwork, metalwork, IT, and CNC activities.
