Books over the Sea Inc

Books over the Sea Inc is a registered charity dedicated to supporting the educational and literacy needs of children living in remote and disadvantaged communities. Founded in 2015 by Andrew and Miriam Verus, the organisation began with a focus on Fiji, inspired by Andrew’s personal connection to the island of Kadavu and Miriam’s passion for children’s literature and literacy development. The charity works to bridge the gap in access to quality educational resources by providing books and learning materials to schools and children who have limited opportunities for literacy enrichment.
