Chain Reaction Foundation Ltd

Chain Reaction Foundation Ltd is a not-for-profit civil society organisation based in Sydney, dedicated to supporting young teenagers and their families in building strong social cohesion and personal wellbeing within family groups, school communities, and the wider society. Operating primarily from a centre in Mt Druitt and extending its programs across western and south-western Sydney, the foundation focuses on addressing the complex challenges faced by disadvantaged youth, including mental health, behavioural issues, and social disconnection.

Mission and Vision

The foundation’s mission is to research, develop, and deliver psycho-educational programs that enhance the lives of disadvantaged adolescents by fostering self-esteem, belonging, and mental health resilience. It aims to create inclusive environments where young people can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically. The vision is to be recognised nationally as a leadership organisation that contributes significantly to social cohesion by empowering individuals and communities through personal growth, active participation, and strong relationships, including a special emphasis on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander connectivity.
