Join Fitzroy Legal Service’s robust volunteer team of over 100 dedicated individuals championing community-led justice throughout Victoria since 1972. Volunteers play a pivotal role, contributing expertise across all operations.

Biannual recruitment requires law degrees or relevant qualifications, social justice interest, and strong interpersonal skills for diverse clients.

A twelve-month commitment includes mandatory weekly shifts initially. Programs include the Paralegal Pathway Program offering two-tier initiatives for students and practitioners, plus Day Service rotations and short-term assignments for varied experience.
