The Hunter Youth Mentor Collaborative, operating under the business name Mentor Support Network, is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to empowering young people in the Hunter Region to achieve their educational and career aspirations. Established to address the challenges faced by students experiencing financial hardship, the Collaborative provides vital support that enables these young individuals to overcome barriers and reach their full potential.

The mission of the Hunter Youth Mentor Collaborative is to promote equity for senior students in the Hunter Region who demonstrate potential but are held back by financial disadvantage. Main Objectives

• Provide educational scholarships to students facing financial difficulties, helping them access necessary resources and continue their studies.

• Senior high school students in the Hunter Region, including Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, and Port Stephens areas.

• Educational scholarships valued up to $2,000 annually, assisting with costs such as equipment, course fees, and learning materials.
