Specialist Disability Accommodation: Smart Homes Enhancing Independence
These purpose-built homes meet NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation standards, featuring enhanced structural design, specific sizing, and fabrics that improve accessibility. Residents easily navigate kitchens, bathrooms, and entrances, supported by smart technology proven to increase independence and quality of life.
Ten homes across five parcels will house 30 people with high-quality furnishings and assistive technology. The 24-hour support model includes a shared sleepover arrangement, with technology interfacing between houses for semi-independent residents.
