Make the Difference! Grants Program

The flagship Make the Difference! Grants Program provides funding to grassroots initiatives that support young Australians aged 12–25 experiencing hardship. These grants target those living in poverty, facing homelessness, at risk of juvenile justice involvement, or dealing with disability, social isolation, or substance abuse. The program focuses on empowering disadvantaged youth and fostering community resilience.
