Sora Community Services Ltd, formerly known as Tamworth Family Support Services, is a community-based organisation dedicated to empowering individuals and families across the New England North West region of New South Wales. With a history spanning over 40 years, Sora has grown from a local family support provider to a regional leader, offering a broad spectrum of support services designed to help people overcome life’s challenges and build stronger, more resilient communities. The organisation operates from Tamworth but serves a wide footprint, including towns such as Armidale, Walcha, Uralla, Quirindi, Manilla, Gunnedah, Narrabri, Inverell, Tenterfield, Moree, Boggabilla, Mungindi, and Barraba. All programs are free to access, ensuring that support is available to those who need it most, regardless of their circumstances.
