Think & DO Tank Foundation Limited is a community-focused organisation established in 2013 that partners with marginalised and low socio-economic communities in New South Wales, particularly in South Western and Western Sydney. It works primarily with culturally and linguistically diverse women, youth, and children, using multilingual arts programs as a powerful tool to foster social impact and community empowerment. The Foundation operates through a collaborative, community-led approach that values lived experience, cultural knowledge, and language diversity to create meaningful and lasting change.

Mission and Vision

The Foundation’s mission is to increase community self-direction and resilience by co-creating arts-centred projects that improve social cohesion, reduce isolation, and promote equity. It focuses on addressing urban disadvantage by amplifying the voices of marginalised groups through creative expression in their own languages. The vision is to build proud, connected multicultural communities that harness the skills and talents of their members to achieve shared goals and shape fairer systems through the arts.
