Women’s Advancement & Vocational Education Ltd, also known as WAVE Australia, is a small, dedicated non-profit organisation registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC). The organisation is committed to delivering humanitarian services and support to underprivileged communities, primarily in Pakistan, through its local partner, the Shahnaz & Bashir Malik Educational Trust. WAVE Australia focuses on keeping operational costs low to ensure that the majority of donations are directed towards impactful projects.

School Building Construction

WAVE Australia’s flagship project is the School Building Construction initiative, which focuses on rebuilding and constructing educational facilities in remote and disaster-affected areas of Pakistan. This project ensures that children, especially girls, have access to safe, comfortable learning environments, improving attendance and educational outcomes. The initiative has already rebuilt two high schools in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, benefiting hundreds of students and supporting local education authorities.
